We at Cinema Beyond Boundaries are in our third consecutive year of getting the best of cinema on a single platform globally. CBB along with SVA, School of Visual Arts, New York is happy to announce that this year we are exploring the impact of Hindi cinema romance on our lives. In previous years, apart from international names, renowned Bollywood filmmakers like Madhur Bhandarkar, Zoya Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali, Anuraadha Tewari have been associated with us.
This year before we take a giant leap, we have decided to focus on romance. Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge is the film we are screening in SVA theater New York on October 31st at 4 Pm
We start the evening with Screening of two Short films from SAFL – Love Comes Later (Dir: Sonejuhi Sinha); Iftar – The Feast (Dir: Giri Coneti)
For the next panel our focus is on love and impact of Hindi cinema romance on real lives. Our panel has all those women who have reached the pinnacle of success in their respective professions and an audience of women too along with other participants.
